Simple tips to prevent osteoporosis :
   1. Inadequate nutritional needs, especially calcium and vitamin D from an early age because of bone density will reach a maximum at age 20-35 years, with emphasis on consuming milk, soy, fish, calcium, orange juice, yogurt, egg yolks and green vegetable were the leaf. Bask in the sun in the morning (07:00 to 9:00 pm) for 10 minutes is also good because at that hour of sunlight contains vitamin D which can help the absorption of calcium. It will make stronger bones in old age where the body begins to experience hormonal changes
   2.  avoid smoking, drinking caffeine and had had alcohol because it can cause loss of calcium from the body.
   3. Do sports like jogging, biking, walking, and lifting weights to increase bone density. Active women have proven to lower fracture risk.
   4. Note also the body needs to intake of Vitamin K. because vitamin K can interact with certain medications. Vitamin K is found in broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, leaf lettuce and spinach.
